FAQs

Question 1

Should I come in with dirty/unwashed hair before a color service?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the service. If you are sensitive to scalp or have concerns about gray coverage, it is recommended to come in with unwashed hair — natural oils help protect the scalp from irritation. However, for blonding services it is best to come in with clean hair. Oil and product buildup make it more difficult for bleach to break through, making it harder to highlight or brighten your hair effectively.

Question 2

Do I need a consultation before booking a color service?

Accepted Answer

For major color changes or first-time color clients, we highly recommend a consultation so we can assess your hair's current condition, discuss your goals, and create a realistic plan. You can book a consultation directly through our online booking system.

Question 3

How long will my appointment take?

Accepted Answer

Appointment times vary depending on the service. A haircut typically takes 45–60 minutes, while color services can range from 1.5 to 4+ hours depending on the complexity. We'll give you a time estimate when you book.

Question 4

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

We ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.

Question 5

What products do you use?

Accepted Answer

We use professional-grade products carefully selected for their quality and performance. Our team stays up to date on the latest techniques and formulations to deliver the best results for your hair.

Question 6

Do you offer services for children?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We offer haircuts for children. Please note that children must be able to sit still for the duration of the service. We recommend booking during a less busy time of day for the most comfortable experience.
