Q: Should I come in with dirty/unwashed hair before a color service?
A: If you are sensitive to color services, we highly recommend it. It keeps your scalp from being overstimulated from a fresh wash.
Q: Can I color my hair while pregnant?
A: As always, it is recommended to consult with your doctor.
Q: Is it okay to get a Keratin Treatment done the same day as my color?
A: Yes, only a keratin express can be done the same day as color!
Q: Does it really matter what shampoo/conditioner I use at home?
A: YES! Using generic brands on a HUGE investment not only strips your color but it also coats your hair in silicone. Most Generic brands contain silicone.
Q: How often do i need to get a haircut if i'm trying to grow it out?
A: Everyone is different, typically atleast 1 haircut every 6 months is enough to get you by but every 12 weeks is recommended.
Q: Why do I need a heat protectant?
A: For the same reason you need sunscreen. It creates a barrier, it helps prolong the life of your hair.
